Interested in making healthcare more fair and accessible for Spanish-speaking seniors in America? We're looking for an individual to assist us in connecting with Spanish-speaking older adults, especially those with little or no formal education and/or lower income, and conducting usability tests using our cognitive testing product.
This project will span 2-3 weeks and will require you to work in-person during the week of testing.

We are a leader in medical tech, offering digital screening tools that enable clinicians to assess cognitive functions as easily as any other vital sign. We aim to increase cognitive assessments, facilitate early intervention, improve access to treatment options, and educate patients.
This is a short-term contract project for a Spanish-speaking UX Researcher. You will be working closely with our Product and Design teams and will be joined by one of our team for the usability testing portion of the project.
You will be responsible for:
• Reviewing our prototype and optimizing the UX copy based off of best practices for Spanish-language usability
• Recruiting 10+ Seniors with Spanish as their first language and minimal or no formal education to test with in-person in your city or surrounding communities
• Synthesizing the learnings, identifying problems and providing action items
Qualifications:
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Portfolio demonstrating UX research and design thinking skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Connection with Spanish-speaking communities is a plus
Compensation:
• Hourly contract
• Expenses for commuting to in-person usability testing paid for by us
